Fair labor:
Any company working with Asian manufacturers needs to have a stringent policy in place regarding the fair and safe treatment of workers. We work with amfori, the global business association, to ensure every factory is compliant with the BSCI.
Quality control:
Aesapparel works to ensure all of its accessory and clothing manufacturers are providing high-quality goods. Our testing and quality control measures ensure we’re only passing on products that satisfy the final consumer.
Environmental responsibility:
We promote sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact. With global warming becoming an ever-bigger concern for small and large businesses throughout the globe, we keep this as a top priority.
Anti-corruption and bribery:
We have strict policies to ensure no corruption or bribery occurs at any point, from manufacture to delivery. Our due diligence processes ensure all of our Asian factories are working to the same standards.
The BSCI was established by amfori in 2003 to help companies hit targets of social compliance within their supply chains. Its overall aim is to improve working conditions for the people producing goods.

Of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), we wholeheartedly support its mission and principles. To further promote responsible practices, we have established our own dedicated Social Responsibility Department. This department works closely with our partner factories, providing guidance and assistance in obtaining the esteemed BSCI certificate.
